Refund Policy

The Buyer can return the product within 24 hours of receipt of the product if any type of manufacturing defect is found. The shipment is returned at the customer’s own cost. Kindly email us the details of the return package. Refund requests are processed within 10 working days, after receiving the package.
Returns provided by Giftz are as per the above policy in terms of which the option of exchange, replacement and/or refund is offered by Giftz.
